Update dependencies for better architecture support

ring 0.17+ has support for more architectures, krill depends on this package, but cannot build on some systems due to this crate still utilizing 0.16

Thank for the issue! We were indeed planning an update but then somehow forgot about it. We’ll do this ASAP so it can become part of the upcoming next Krill release.
