Investigate ConMon plot issue with type uv235

Time plots for data type uv235 reports a number of missing data warnings and only produces half of the expected plots (the lower 2) in each .png file. This is true for the plotstas_time_count.gs, plotstas_time_bias.gs, and plotstas_time_bias2.gs GrADS scripts.

Vertical plots for uv235 produce warnings in 2 of the 4 plots saying "Cannot plot data - all undefined values". This isn't fatal to the GrADS script but it is puzzling, since a no-data condition should be 0 value. Curiously the u235 and v235 plots run without producing any errors and do correctly produce 0 values. Probably related, the uvall plots produce errors from the vertical plots for the same regions as u235.

Type uv235 does not have many observations in a given cycle so it's possible this is related to a low-data condition.
