The feature/coupled-crow branch needs to be updated to use hpc-stack for the pre-and post-processing exes for WW3. Those are currently being built by the script: https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/global-workflow/blob/feature/coupled-crow/sorc/build_ww3prepost.sh

There are built w/hpc-stack see module files: https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/global-workflow/blob/feature/coupled-crow/modulefiles/modulefile.ww3.hera and https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/global-workflow/blob/feature/coupled-crow/modulefiles/modulefile.ww3.orion the extra WW3 module files can be removed when the base module files are using hpc-stack
