From unmethours post here.

When AirTerminalSingleDuctSeriesPIUReheat::remove() is called, it does not clean up ZoneHVACEquipmentList, leaving it in a bad state that causes a crash.

AirTerminalSingleDuctSeriesPIUReheat needs to reimplement remove() to properly account for this, similar to this.
