react-native-pdfを使えばすぐできそう．

Acrobatのアイコンを押したらPDFビューワーが起動するようにしたい．

react-native-pdfはExpoでは使えないかもしれない．ライブラリの内部で使用しているrn-fetch-blobはnative codeで実装されていてるから(参考)
