NUIT will be replacing LDAP with with ForgeRock’s Directory Services product. The team plans to implement this major change on Saturday, October 30. To ensure a smooth transition, application owners are encouraged to test the new directory in their UAT environment.

Testing Recommendation
NUIT recommends pointing your application (off-hours) to Northwestern IT’s UAT load balancer to check connectivity and application functionality. UAT contains production data from a snapshot taken on approximately September 6, 2021, but is not fully in sync. If possible, you should start with your staging or test applications.
