Several lab users today ran into issues using DIGITS with Safari.

They couldn't select different solver types or see advanced learning rate options.

It's probably a quick fix.

I can confirm this issue with the latest digits master version and Safari Version 9.0.3 (10601.4.4):

I've verified that "Show advanced learning rate options" now works on
Firefox 45.0.2
Chrome 50.0.2661.86
Safari 9.0.3
Opera 36.0
Vivaldi 1.0.435.42 (new browser)
