Also show contacts without phone number

For some contacts, I do not have a phone number stored, but an email address. When I search for such a contacts name, no result is shown. To (maybe) find the contact, I then need to open the contacts app and insert the same contact name again. Sometimes, I also forget, that only contacts with phone number are shown, and find me afterwards creating a new contact (while there is already such a contact with only name and email address), and deleting the new duplicate afterwards… tedious.

Desired solution: Show all contacts whose name (or maybe also other fields) matches.

We can imagine the support of contacts with an email address like this:

Click on the icon to launch the email app.

But if contacts have multiple phone numbers and multiple emails displaying them separately takes up a lot of space.
I would prefer this (pop-up bubble):

Click on the icon to choose the phone number...

... or email address to use.
