Incompatible mne and mne-bids in pip install

pip install moabb installs mne 1.7.0 and mne-bids 0.13, which are incompatible (need 0.14 for 1.7.0). Just a note. (I figure it's the last release's pyproject.toml, so maybe a note in README).
