目前团队成员多数还是使用windows系统，现有的钩子并不适用于windows
一个bat文件，双击就可以向.git目录安装钩子
钩子文件应该使用windows平台上可以使用的命令（获取文件内容、获取行数等）
尝试使用powershell或者python脚本解决
