Points of discussion

  • Move input-specific pre-processing options from [NETWORK] to input options
    • Means that different inputs can have different pre-processing options
  • Make readers more clearly specified
  • Split histogram file up into per input entries and associate with inputs
  • Allow user to cherry-pick channels from inputs where only some channels are required
