- Irme - Tom -> Whole validation still ongoing - Thread Edge cases - Should be ready by 2nd August - Thread issues
- Marta - Framework to document network Constraints Reference… Comments merged For each network developer For related people to check -> to be further moved on the readthedocs
- Samuel - Resampling + Work on CRF To liaise with Dan wrt CRF
- Wenqi - Fix unit test Model zoo broken due to batch norm / Disable test for model zoo - Taking from numpy array.
- Carole - csv_reader ready, multi_output ready - need to prevent change of name introduced by new nomenclature.
- Zach - TF2.0 - Trickier than thought initially - Preprocessing difficult - Need to abstract preprocessing from application TF2 helper script use of tf.keras.layer
- Lucas - registration demo
- Pedro + Richard - multi training demo
- Eric + Dan - work on test dockerisation
- Zach / Wenqi - pb of hard-coding of shuffling
- Ben - Update on config/YAML input
- Marta to find ways to flag unused arguments
- Dedicated served - waiting for DGX1 - will be easier with Docker in place
- In the move towards API - need for discussion on preprocessing separation from application - Tom Va, Zach, Wenqi, Ben and Carole to meet before 2nd of August and design strategy forward
- Timeline for switch to TF2.0 - Need for demo first and complete after API transition
- MICCAI Release - Give a taster with TF2.0 through demos
