Fly on Creative, measure, then OPEN YOURSELF the Command Chat with "k", paste and enter the tp command generated by Ninjabrain Bot.

Happened to me on Windows 10 after a long time not updating my calib.
For some reason It's not using Open Command properly.
With this method you only get teleported but the block underneath you its not generated.
