Recognize deprecated packages #128

Some packages are officially deprecated in favor of others, and it would be nice if Nix users would be alerted to that fact if they use an obsolete version/package. The question is how to do it? We could put the deprecation warning into the long description, maybe, but then nobody reads those anyway. Ideas are welcome.

The Hackage API that exposes that information is explained in haskell/hackage-server#312.

There is more information available at https://github.com/commercialhaskell/all-cabal-metadata/blob/master/deprecated.yaml that we don't take advantage of yet.
