Description

Today the tagline on nix.dev is "An opinionated guide for developers getting things done using the Nix ecosystem."

Problem

Now that nix.dev is an official project, the tagline should reflect the position of the site within the project.

Approach

Change the site description in the source/index.md front matter to reflect the status of nix.dev as an official project and the hub for official Nix documentation.
