run:

git clone git@github.com:arianvp/nixos-stuff
nix build --file . --extra-substituters "auto?trusted=1" --store ssh-ng://root@arianvp.me deployments.arianvp-me.deploy

Nix-build will then print :

failed to lock thread to CPU 7

it will show a progress bar afterwards and finally terminate, as expected
