Formatting bad when printing the manual

Describe the bug

When printing the manual, there are two problems:

1. This table does not render well https://nixos.org/manual/nix/stable/print.html#overview
2. There is a lot of space between sections, leading to entire pages that have like 1 sentence on them.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://nixos.org/manual/nix/stable/print.html
2. Click the print icon in the top right corner, or press C-p
   Problem (1) is clear on page 66
   Problem (2) is clear on page 10

Expected behavior

The manual will be nicely formatted for printing when pressing the print button.

Maybe this is better in a separate issue, but it's also a problem that if you have the navigation pane open on the left, it prints super terribly, only using the right half of every page.
