This introduces a dependency on awk and is also a bit inefficient. The summation can also easily be done in Perl, e.g. (not tested)

It's also possible to prevent a call to nix-store by using the queryPathInfo() function in Perl.

Disable `FORTIFY_SOURCE` when not optimizing
With these commits, --show-progress will have a progress bar with an end point and an ETA. To do this accurately, the pv was moved outside of the calls to compressor and decompressor, and to compensate for the resultant jumps in transfer rate these commits use the -a flag to pv to show the average transfer rate. Also, build-remote was updated to CopyClosure::copyTo's new argument list.
