#1 weekly news

This is going to be first release of weekly news.

• Responsible editor is @garbas. (What is an editor?)
• Please contribute by editing this file. When creating Pull Request please mention this ticket and/or @garbas.
• Preview is of weekly is available here
• Release is going to happen on Monday, 2016-09-12. Email is going out on a day later (Tuesday, 2016-09-13)

Checklist before release

• make sure README is up to date and has all the information about the project
• find next editors for #2 weekly news #14 and #3 weekly news #15
• because I (garbas) suck at inglish make sure somebody reads it
• make sure all links work
• a reminder, don't over complicate, just get it out and we will iterate to get it in better shape with every release

I did the first edition in private (sorry) but I needed to get it "done" since it was hanging on my todo list. probably it is not perfect but it is a start.
