Issue description

systemd-journald-gateway http response is empty when it is enable thanks to its systemd module option services.journald.enableHttpGateway. However, it works when it is directly launched from command line with root account.

I used the HEAD of nixpkgs/master.

Steps to reproduce

Enable services.journald.enableHttpGateway and curl localhost:19531/browse
