NixOS 18.09 incompatible with existing gid of user kvm #49257

Issue description

I had defined a gid for user kvm. 18.09 likely introduces its own kvm user, which is incompatible and configuration fails as a result.

Steps to reproduce

Define in users.extraGroups a user kvm with gid = 2000; and do nixos-rebuild build

This is a bug, because it is not in the release notes.

Technical details

Not relevant (tried to switch to the nixos-18.09 release channel) from a 18.03 machine.
