I think this is generally desired and overriding causes rebuilding of claws.

👍 from me. I think it's good practice to have gnupg available by default. Encrypt all the things. 😄

Also, the claws-mail Windows installer ships gnupg by default and asks you to generate a PGP key if you don't have one. By having gnupg support available by default we would follow the recommendations from upstream.
