Yes, it inflates the diff sizes. I've opened nix-community/emacs2nix#26 on that front. There is also the issue that the spurious changes make it difficult to see the real changes. Related issues are nix-community/emacs2nix#8 and nix-community/emacs2nix#25. |

Regenerated via emacs2nix, inspected by hand (except for the melpa-packages update, which I skimmed---we really need to figure out how to not change the recipe information if it didn't change, I'll have to think about how to recognize that since it would make all this much easier).
Haven't yet rebuilt everything since it's hydra isn't very far along with the current HEAD.
@ttuegel I haven't removed anything this time. ;)
