Description of changes

Add the Lovecraft-inspired roguelike game Infra Arcana in its latest released version 21.0.1.

I've found a way to do it without the huge patch. It's actually not hacky, mostly the same as before; the trick is using make ia instead of the default make, and then customizing installPhase instead of postInstall.
