A follow-up to 6a9e765 which deletes linux 3.14 due to it being unmaintained. Makes sense to drop 3.14 based chromiumos as well.

The chromeos-3.14 branch (https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/third_party/kernel/+/chromeos-3.14) had its most recent change on Sep 17, so most likely it is. |
