fetchunpack: add fetchzip alias

Motivation for this change

It's not very clear from it's name that fetchzip unpacks the archive or
that it works for other archive types like tarballs.

I think this is a better name but I'm not sure what the best approach to transition would be, given that fetchzip has many references both in and outside of nixpkgs.

Things done

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
• Built on platform(s)
  • NixOS
  • macOS
  • other Linux distributions
• Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
• Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
• Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
• Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
• Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

👎 I fully agree that fetchzip isn't the perfect name for what it does, but don't think it's worth the effort of migrating to another name. We shouldn't introduce an alias unless we intend to migrate to the new name, or it will just confuse people.. Let's ensure fetchzip is well documented instead.
