Motivation for this change

Package up jx.

This was harder than I thought it would be, mainly because upstream is expecting Go modules to be enabled (which we do not have for buildGoPackage) so I had to recursively remove any upstream vendored copy of a direct dependency pulled by the modules (in deps.nix).

Things done

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
