feh: add enableAutoreload option

Motivation for this change

This change enables the inotify-based auto-reload feature of feh, which causes images to be refreshed when the image file changes.

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
