刪除 topic 縮圖
發現刪除 topic 縮圖後網頁不會刷新頁面。
I upload my topic thumbnail in the Manage topic thumbnails.
And Remove thumbnail.
The NodeBB can't refresh page after remove thumbnail in the Manage topic thumbnails.
