Part 2 of 3 of the "hotreload" feature branch

  • Have plugin routes segregated into their own express.Router instance
  • Develop workaround to allow already-defined routes to be replaced by a new set of routes
  • Create metaplugin method to trigger re-definition of plugin routes on-demand
