Admins should have access to a category regardless of priv settings

If I set access on a per user level, I can actually prevent myself from accessing a category

Actually I saw this as a feature, as in my clan forum I dont need/want/should have access to the leaders board even as admin ;)

Yes, it's a neat idea for a feature, but is not practical as it is actually
a bug and the chances of it being intentional are slim.
