How exactly do i edit story events? Like Un-killing Minthara or Alfira?

I know this is not an "issue" but for the life of me i can't figure this out, i searched everywhere, i had accidentally killed Alfira by knocking her out and only found out till much later in Act1, turns out i need to get into combat for temporary aggression before knocking her out, it's too late for that now, apparently you can also do that for minthara to still get her as a companion later on.

Is there any way for me to reverse these npc deaths? I looked everywhere in the save file but i can't figure it out, I tried finding a "Dead" tag to remove or change but can't find that either, any help, please?

I'd like to know too! Is there a way to reverse a game over screen and mind flayer transformation? ThralloftheAbsolute I think is the variable.
