@NitroG42 wants to be able to flash one zip (BL SD APP) and to continue if the bootloader is already up to date. (because if it fails first time, we know we can start an app only update but the device is in bootloader mode and we can't interact anymore with it, we have to wait the device to timeout and go back in app to be able to use SCOPE_APPLICATION)
