We discuss a possible problem:

  • if a relay is not in 8.1 nor in the last patch release of a previous minor,
  • and root server is in 8.1,
  • then reports will be ignored by the relay.

We decided to not care, the ugrade process is always: "keep relay and rudder in version sync, or at least in last patch available"
