in the Paths window of Point properties, you can highlight each connection to populate up a list of all Paths exiting a Point.
you can use the up/down arrow keys to scroll through that list but you cannot change the path weight property without using the mouse.
the arrow keys also move the canvas up and down unless you change the bindings and it's not possible to remove the binding entirely
suggestion:
make it possible to remove a binding (or decouple the Canvas movement when navigating a list)
since the Path window occupies the same Point properties screen space as relative values. perhaps numpad 7, 8 & 9 bindings (relative primary value +/reset/-) should relate to selected Path weight when in Path window. alternatively the user could just enter the desired weight value directly while navigating the list
