Add "Don't Show Preview Window" checkbox to preview window

Several comments in Visual Studio feedback indicate that the preview window should be easier to hide. A "Do not show this window" checkbox on the preview window that unchecks the "Show Preview Window" option would be a nice-to-have

Per user... it should persist between sessions and projects.

Another question, how does user turn this back on once it's off?

The user should be able to check and uncheck the standard "Show Preview
Window" option in the main dialog.

This is just a convenience checkbox on the preview window that unchecks the
preview window option on the main dialog.

We should also have this in the global options. This needs to happen ASAP, or at least add the strings ASAP before we hit string lock.
