This is a bug fix release for the 0.7.x series of Nucleus. This is recommended for all users, and fixes the following issues (see #293 and #304).
- Work around a bug in PermissionManager not returning a player's groups (we assume none in this case).
- The bug has been fixed in PM (see the bug link), but @djxy has informed me that a rewrite is in progress and should be available later.
- Fix issue with
/homeothernot working.
