Currently,
http://manage.hdx.rwlabs.org/hdx/api/exporter/countryFTS/xlsx/ZWE/fromYear/1950/toYear/0/language/EN/ZWE_FTS.xlsx
and
http://manage.hdx.rwlabs.org/hdx/api/exporter/countryFTS/csv/ZWE/fromYear/1950/toYear/0/language/EN/ZWE_FTS.csv

return the reports ordered by year ascending. Please change to year descending to match the baseline reports.

The same is true for
http://manage.hdx.rwlabs.org/hdx/api/exporter/countryRW/xlsx/ZWE/fromYear/1950/toYear/0/language/EN/ZWE_RW.xlsx
and
http://manage.hdx.rwlabs.org/hdx/api/exporter/countryRW/csv/ZWE/fromYear/1950/toYear/0/language/EN/ZWE_RW.csv
