einhuellende funktion als vektor zwischen 0 und 1= max
phasenlage vektor 0° bis 360°

verstaerunksfakt in db (20 db)
grafik

t0 ... staertzeit von puls
td ... pulsdauer
a ... amplitude
pc ... phase cycling (fuer repititionen)
p2 ... ??
p3 ... phase von puls

Einlesen der tabelle von .txt / .csv mit vektoren
Ueberpruefen der Vekoren auf vorhandensein,plausibilitaet
ploten zeit Puls (amplitude a; zeit t0&td )
ploten phase Puls (phase p3; zeit t0&td )
