Quick build scripts fail for 2.2 / vs 2019 due to missing Python

System Information

• Ogre Version: 2.2.x
• Operating System / Platform: Win 10 / VS 2019
• Build script: build_ogre_Visual_Studio_16_2019_x64.bat

Detailled description

The fast build scripts / requirements don't currently list having a version of at least 3.x of Python installed... or that I could see anywhere.

While the Ogre build itself doesn't seem to need it - the dependencies include SDL2 - which DOES require python 3.x+ to be present (and - I believe - it needs to be added to the path environment variable too)

Without Python - you'll get a pile of build fails (unresolved externals)

Caught me out, at least! :)
