You need to load your CDM data into a relational database platform to use
the OHDSI tools. OHDSI currently supports Postgres, MS SQL Server, Oracle,
MS APS and seems to also be working on RedShift.

We now are now testing the process of converted SAS to SQL CDM data. What are the steps needed to install OHSDI Achilles? I have R x64 2.11.1 and Java v8.0 and connect to my sql server. Thanks Bharat

@t-abdul-basser t-abdul-basser changed the title We CDM data in SAS format and are interested in using the analytical tool such as Achilles. Is this possible using R to read the SAS datasets instead of the SQL tables? Please advise if I need to use other tools. Thanks Is it possiblt to use Achilles with CDM in SAS format? Jul 13, 2018
