This patch remotes Juno board setup as part of optee_os, but
now refers to OP-TEE/manifest

This is to be merged once OP-TEE/build#13 and OP-TEE/manifest#6 are merged

This link is not up to date any longer. It refers to https://releases.linaro.org/latest/members/arm/platforms but that link doesn't work. I guess it should have been https://releases.linaro.org/members/arm/platforms/latest instead. Any way I'm not able to find those binaries there.

The setup scripts must be removed, but the README must now have the description of the "repo" way for Juno, as well as any other description (like prerequisites, flashing,...).
@jenswi-linaro Could you take care of the description as you build the repo way on Juno? Thanks.
