Current visualization of faults in contour maps disables mesh lines for faults. The geometry for the cell faces of the fault is visualized. If the cell faces are parallel to the z-axis, the fault geometry is not visible at all.
Suggested improvements
add support for display of mesh lines on fault geometry
add control of the mesh line thickness
