Addresses the issue brought up in #109. Adds an HDF4 formula and the appropriate backend in GDAL2.

@dschneiderch makes a good point that a lot of data is still in the HDF format and there's currently no support for it in homebrew. The HDF4 formulas were removed from core, science and versions.

I am very new to homebrew and wish to work on some of the MODIS files which are available in hdf4 format. I hereby request you to kindly help me with the installation of gdal with hdf4 compatibility.

Sure, we can help you out. This is an already merged formula. Maybe it’s better for you to raise an issue, so we can discuss further and solve the problem.
