What is missing or needs to be updated?

The Secure Product Design Cheat Sheet is a good start at describing how to incorporate some secure design principles into the design process and even lists out some secure design principles. The proposed Secure Design Principles Cheat Sheet (#723) has a better list of secure design principles.

How should this be resolved?

Merge the proposed Secure Design Principles Cheat Sheet (#723) into the existing Secure Product Design Cheat Sheet

@dsmhood dsmhood added ACK_WAITING Issue waiting acknowledgement from core team before to start the work to fix it. HELP_WANTED Issue for which help is wanted to do the job. UPDATE_CS Issue about the update/refactoring of a existing cheat sheet. labels Apr 7, 2023
