This PR adds support for authenticating to the Octopus API using an access token in the
Authorizationheader. This is part of in-progress support for supporting connecting to Octopus using OpenID Connect, so no changes have been made to documentation or error messages whilst we develop and test the feature internally.The support is backward compatible with the existing action and will be released in a minor version.
