Splout detects zero sender (blank preview)

Hello.
My problem is the same as this one that was closed :

Basically, I normally used "Splout 2 Capture" Plugin in OBS, it automatically detected Veaotube and showed me the correct result (pngtuber).
But here, nothing shows at all.

The thing is, it works on my desktop pc. But I'm using a Surface Pro here, that I recently reinitialized.
(But that is updated to the last updates of windows)
It worked on this very Surface Pro BEFORE the reinitialization. But now, it doesn't work anymore ! :(

And since I did that, it does this bug.
The surface pro has ONE GPU, not two.
It's so weird, it's as if there is a file missing or something ? Like, does Splout plugin needs a specific dll file or something ? :( or a redistributable installation ?

Using Windows 10 + OBS 29.1.3 + last release of Splout2 Plugin.
Nothing else doesn't work, it's the only issue, it makes zero sense, I'm lost.

I'm doing this (writing) on phone and it's bugging like I can't scroll down in the writing box so... :(
I'm just very tired. Just, for now, do you have any immediate idea of what it could be ? And of course I can add more infos as requested but I'm disabled so using the PC is very exhausting sorry.

RAM Memory installed : 4,00 Go
Type of System : Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

Having the same issue with Win11 desktop, also using veadotube, latest version of spout2, and OBS.
