OneGet searches for provider assembly files in the following locations:
- String filename values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\PackageManagement
- String filename values in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\PackageManagement
- Dll and exe files in the directory containing Microsoft.PackageManagement.dll
- Dll and exe files in C:\Program Files\PackageManagement\ProviderAssemblies
- Dll and exe files in C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\PackageManagement\ProviderAssemblies
