Can't create new workflow after recently creating a workflow

• Clear cache
• Log in
• Create new workflow
• Click "workflows" menu item
• Create new workflow
• HERE is where the bugginess starts. Watch the URL closely as you click create new workflow, navigate back to the menu, click new workflow again, try to save, navigate back again, etc.

It jumps around between /new and various other states. Ultimately, you're left clicking "create new workflow" without any redirect taking place.

It appears its been solved by #1280. So i am closing it.
