Documentation on NPSS External Subsystem Example

The NPSS external subsystem example is an important example because it explains how to perform a foundational process in Aviary, which is coupling in an external engine model. Currently this example is not documented so it requires a higher level of user knowledge in order to understand. I would like to see documentation with code snippets and a walkthrough of how this example is setup.
